What You'll Do

• Provide High-Quality Clinical Care - Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, and more). Serve diverse clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Work with all insurance types: Medicaid, Medicare, VA, and commercial plans
• Create Meaningful Treatment Plans - Conduct comprehensive assessments. Develop individualized care plans. Adjust treatment strategies based on client progress
• Collaborate as Part of Our Team - Coordinate care with professional support staff. Participate in clinical consultation and peer support. Maintain ethical and compliant practice standards

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Active behavioral health license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LPC, LMSW, LGPC (Maryland or reciprocity eligible)
• Clinical experience in outpatient or clinical settings (all experience levels considered)
• Comfort with telehealth services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative, client-centered mindset

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse insurance payers (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, commercial)
• Evidence-based therapy modalities
• Working with diverse populations and age groups
