Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

We offer both full-time and part-time positions at our downtown Chicago Loop office.

Therapists provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families through in-person and hybrid schedules.

Full-Time Therapists

• Minimum of 25 client sessions per week
• Five-day work schedule
• To support rapid caseload development, therapists should be available for either 3 evenings per week or 2 evenings plus 1 weekend day
• Evening availability may include 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM appointments
• A minimum of 3 days per week in the office initially

Part-Time Therapists

• Minimum of 15 client sessions per week
• Combination of in-office and remote sessions
• Some evening availability required

We also offer select outpatient therapy groups. Leading a group is completely voluntary.

Insurance Credentialing & Administrative Support

Cityscape Counseling is in-network with most major insurance companies. New clinicians receive assistance with the credentialing and onboarding process.

Our administrative infrastructure allows clinicians to spend their time where it matters most, with their clients.

• Insurance billing and claim submission
• Patient billing and credit card processing
• Intake and referrals
• Scheduling
• Credentialing support
• EHR access and administrative systems

Compensation

Fully licensed therapists start at a 60% commission split, with the opportunity to grow to 65% over time.

Because this is a W-2 position, therapists receive the benefits and protections of employee status while still receiving highly competitive commission-based compensation.
