Licensed Therapist (LCMHC/LCSW/Psychologist) — Trauma-Informed Care | Wilmington, NC | $70-140/hr

Integrated Therapy Associates, a well-established Wilmington private practice (20 years), is hiring a full-time contractor therapist. We handle referrals, billing, scheduling, and admin so you can focus on clinical work.

What we're looking for:

• Active NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Comfortable with trauma-focused work; EMDR trained or willing to complete training
• A diverse caseload — adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns; interest in first responder/public safety populations a plus
• Able to sustain a full caseload (~25 sessions/week)

This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you set your hours, we support the rest.
