Position Overview

Resilient Star Counseling and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team as a 1099 contractor.

This is an incredible opportunity for both new and seasoned therapists who desire:

• A supportive team environment- small right now but growing!
• Ongoing consultation and mentorship
• A full caseload (clients are waiting!)
• Flexibility in scheduling
• The ability to grow long-term in a practice that truly cares about you; or help support you with starting your own practice one day. There is no competition or gatekeeping here. Just real support for each other.

You’ll receive weekly supervision, administrative support, and office space.

We welcome applicants seeking full-time, part-time, or hybrid schedule options.

Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply!

Requirements

• MS, LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW
• Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR Certification
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical care, and timely documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based counseling services according to your agreed-upon schedule.

• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours and incident reports promptly.

• Maintain compassionate, professional communication and care coordination.

• Address client concerns and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Ensure all services align with organizational policies and relevant accrediting bodies.

Compensation

• $50+ per hour for Associate Counselors
• $60–$75 per hour for Fully Licensed Clinicians
• Flexible hours – part-time, full-time, or hybrid options available
