Licensed Therapist - Intensive Outpatient Program

Job Summary

QMHP is someone certified with NV Medicaid due to their licensure in the following areas: LCPC, LMFT, MSW OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

The QMHP will be responsible for providing therapeutic support, conducting patient assessments, and facilitating individual and group counseling sessions. This role requires a commitment to fostering a supportive environment that promotes mental wellness and recovery.

Licensed Therapist - Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to facilitate group therapy sessions within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate is skilled in group dynamics, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a passion for helping clients build coping skills, improve functioning, and achieve recovery goals

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple IOP group therapy sessions per week.
• Develop and implement engaging, therapeutic group curriculum and activities.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning as needed.
• Document group notes, treatment updates, and client progress in a timely manner.
• Monitor client participation, attendance, and treatment compliance.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers, psychiatrists, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and staff development activities

Experience

• Previous experience 2+ years.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active licensure in the State of NV (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent).
• Experience facilitating behavioral health or substance use disorder group therapy.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Pay rate is based off experience and licensure.

Pay Rate

• Licensed Interns: $36-40 an hour
• Fully Licensed: $41-48 an hr

Pay: $36.00 - $48.00 per hour
