ITTC (Indiana Teen Treatment Center) is opening a new Adolescent IOP/PHP facility in Indianapolis, and we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a program from the ground up while making a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the treatment team and families
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Indiana license or license-eligible (LSW, LMHCA, or equivalent)
• Adolescent mental health/substance use experience preferred
• Group therapy experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Pay: $55,662.88 - $65,056.37 per year
