Licensed Therapist, for full time in person position

Therapist Job Responsibilities

Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and complete utilization review. Facilitate therapy groups. Assess and evaluate ongoing clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Be part of the team and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary team on a regular basis. Meet with patients on case load weekly to provide individual counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress. Follow all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality. Provide quality clinical documentation; ensuring services provided are correctly documented and meet the criteria specified in the insurance policies. Contributes to organization by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when patients are in crisis.

• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• EMDR Certified Preferred
• Trauma Experience Preferred

Acceptable licensure, you must be licensed in the state of Arizona to be considered

• LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC
• Must maintain licensure to practice clinical services through Arizona state governing board.
• Must not have had an revocation or exclusion by AHCCCS

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
