McNulty Counseling and Wellness is a therapist-owned, family-owned private-pay group practice with four offices across Tampa Bay. We are hiring a full-time licensed therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) for our Downtown St. Petersburg office who is confident working with children ages 5 and up as well as individual adults. Here is what that looks like:

• Earn in the top 10% of licensed therapists in the area
• See a full caseload without ever chasing referrals
• Work out of a beautifully furnished, upscale office
• Let a dedicated admin and marketing team handle everything that isn't therapy

What You'll Do

• Carry a caseload of at least 25 client hours per week, including children ages 5 and up and individual adults
• Maintain 30 hours of weekly availability, including at least 3 evenings (or 2 evenings + 1 weekend day)
• Conduct primarily in-person sessions at our Downtown St. Petersburg office, with occasional telehealth
• Keep progress notes current and get clients rebooked on recurring schedules
• Attend group supervision on the first and third Tuesday of each month

Requirements

• Active Florida license: LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW (no registered interns for this role)
• Required: ability and experience working with children ages 5 and up, in addition to individual adult clients
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience (candidates with at least 1 year of private practice experience will also be considered)
• Full-time availability including 30 open hours per week with a minimum of 3 evenings (or 2 evenings + 1 weekend day)
