About the Role
We're seeking compassionate, dedicated therapists — Certified Social Workers, LCSWs, and clinicians trained in EMDR or ART — to join our team. You'll provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and/or families, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent, evidence-based care in a warm, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
Assess and diagnose using the DSM-5 for accurate billing and treatment planning.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices.
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using EMDR, ART, and other evidence-based modalities.
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.
Stay current on developments in clinical social work and trauma-focused practice.
Refer clients to outside specialists or agencies when appropriate.
Show up reliably, providing consistent care clients can count on.
Uphold confidentiality and NASW ethical standards in every aspect of practice.
Engage actively in a teamwork-oriented environment focused on shared growth.
What We're Looking For
Training or certification in EMDR or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills — the ability to attune authentically and build trusting therapeutic alliances.
Excellent communication, including active listening and genuine empathy.
Ability to build rapport quickly and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client progress.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
An optimistic outlook, a good sense of humor, and a growth mindset.
Education & Licensing
Master’s degree in social work (or related clinical field).
Current with Utah State licensing requirements. Supervision provided for CSWs; pre-licensed interns welcome to apply.
EMDR or ART training/certification a strong plus — willingness to pursue it also welcome.
A track record of helping clients heal and move toward wholeness.
