Job Overview

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals and group in need of mental health support. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Licensed Therapists (LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LSW LCMFT)

-Social Work, Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university

• Valid licensure as a therapist in the state of {Maryland]

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Schedule

• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift

The salary range for this position is $45 to $60 per patient (Fee-for-service (FFS) is a payment model), commensurate with experience.
