LICENSED THERAPIST & CONTRACTED SCHOOL-BASED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

FULL-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST — IN-OFFICE

We are seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our outpatient clinical team at our Ocala office.

This clinician will provide individual mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults and should be comfortable serving a diverse outpatient population, including clients participating in mandated services.

We are looking for someone who

• Holds an active Florida behavioral health license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Has outpatient mental health experience
• Is comfortable maintaining an active caseload
• Is organized and completes clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Has a strong work ethic and values teamwork
• Is interested in professional growth and being part of an established behavioral health practice

Full-time clinicians typically see approximately 25–30 clients per week.

CONTRACTED FULL-TIME SCHOOL-BASED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable counselor who enjoys working with children and adolescents to provide mental health counseling services within a Marion County school setting.

This is a contracted full-time position that follows the Marion County Public Schools calendar and schedule. The position is school-based and is ideal for a counselor who enjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive clinical team.

The counselor will provide individual mental health services to students, collaborate with families and school personnel as appropriate, and maintain required clinical documentation.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Master's degree in a qualifying behavioral health field
• Enjoys working with children and adolescents
• Has strong counseling, communication, and organizational skills
• Is dependable, professional, and comfortable working within a school environment
• Is able to work consistently during scheduled school days and hours
• Is passionate about helping young people develop coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier behaviors

Position Schedule

• Contracted full-time position
• Follows the Marion County Public Schools calendar
• Work is primarily performed during scheduled school days and school hours
• School holidays and breaks follow the school calendar

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
