Position Overview

Wild Bloom Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to join our practice as an independent contractor. This 1099 role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy while benefiting from built-in practice support and resources.

• Current options for buildable schedule: Monday through Sunday. Two office days preferred, shared office.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services (individuals, couples, families as desired)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
• Manage your schedule and caseload independently
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Interest in a flexible, self-directed role with support

Ideal Fit

This role is well-suited for a clinician who wants the independence of private practice without the burden of handling marketing, systems, and administrative setup alone. Laid-back, collaborative practice culture. Leadership is hands off and supports as needed. Located inside of Lakeside Sports Chiropractic building.
