Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker/Therapist to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, evidence-based therapies, and case management services to diverse client populations. Duties

• Conduct thorough mental health and behavioral assessments utilizing diagnostic tools such as ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems and DSM-5 criteria.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA confidentiality policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or behavioral crises.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate psychiatric patient care, medication management, and psychopharmacology consultations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards.
• Engage in ongoing clinical research, data collection, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or equivalent in the respective state.
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in mental health settings; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral health interventions, and crisis management techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with complex mental health needs such as PTSD or substance use disorders.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
