About Us:
Accentus Mental Health is an innovative interventional psychiatric outpatient clinic dedicated to improving mental health through advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), ketamine-assisted therapy, and other evidence-based interventions in addition to psychotherapy and medication management. We provide compassionate, individualized care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent licensed mental health professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, comfortable working with patients experiencing a variety of psychiatric conditions, and enthusiastic about collaborating in a multidisciplinary setting.
Responsibilities:
-Provide individual therapy to adult patients in an outpatient psychiatric setting.
-Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in EMR.
-Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
-Educate patients and families about treatment options, coping skills, and internal & community resources.
-Maintain professional licensure and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
-Active, unrestricted license in Indiana as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
-Experience in outpatient psychiatric or mental health setting preferred, though new grads are encouraged to apply.
-Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
