Licensed Social Worker/Therapist

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a dedicated caseload within our established multidisciplinary clinic, which already serves a robust community of families through Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide evidence-based counseling services to children, teens, young adults, and parents.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on therapeutic goals, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social-emotional growth.
• Collaboration: Partner with our internal OT, PT, and Speech teams to ensure holistic, wrap-around support for clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and insurance-compliant clinical records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Licensure: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with an active independent license (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent).
• Credentialing: Eligible for immediate insurance panel credentialing and billing.
• Experience: Prior experience supporting children, adolescents, and families is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a deep commitment to collaborative, family-centered care.

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
