Overview

Orlando Counseling Services is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and the community. We are seeking a motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Duties

The Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW) will provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals across the lifespan. This role primarily focuses on conducting individual therapy sessions while also utilizing social work principles to connect clients with community resources, advocate for client needs, collaborate with other providers, and support overall client wellness.

Required

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW) license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
