Position Overview
We currently have an opening for a Licensed Social Worker to work directly with court-involved children and families. In this role, you will provide vital forensic and therapeutic services, helping to support and advocate for some of our community's most vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide forensic and therapeutic services to children and families.
- Conduct therapeutic assessments and implement targeted interventions for children and their families.
- Supervise community- and office-based family visits.
- Provide direct advocacy on behalf of both children and adults.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Must be a Licensed Social Worker.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team model.
- Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Forensic social work experience, child welfare experience, and/or experience working with high-conflict families.
- Preferred: Prior practice working with mental illness, substance abuse, or domestic violence populations.
Schedule & Work Environment
While work hours can be flexible, this position requires late afternoon, evening, and some weekend availability to accommodate the schedules of the families with which we work.
