About the role
Transition Counseling in Smithtown Has a New Location in Moriches!
We are now hiring for both our Smithtown and Moriches locations! We offer a flexible, hybrid schedule that balances in-office with the ability to work from home.
As part of our team, you'll manage a case load of 27-30 clients, offering compassionate psychotherapy to children, teens, families, couples, and adults. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours while ensuring in-person engagement with clients and working from home.

WE ARE SEEKING
Self-motivated therapist who use a holistic, person centered approach.
- License Requirement: LCSW/LMSW
- Availability: Full-time (26-30 case load)
- Work Location: Remote with and in-office attendance
- Health Insurance: Currently not provided
- Exclusivity: Exclusive employment (unable to work at another agency)
This is a W-2 position, fee for service. We do not offer medical benefits at this time.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
