We proudly serve a diverse population across Michigan and are expanding into New Hampshire. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a licensed Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role.
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist who enjoys working with clients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is experienced in addressing a wide range of individual and relational concerns and is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
This role is focused solely on providing therapy services—no psychological testing or formal assessments are required.
Please note: This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (HIPAA standards)
- Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active New Hampshire license (e.g., MSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
