Oasis Counseling is a well-established, growing outpatient mental health practice seeking experienced, full-time Licensed Psychotherapists to join our teams in Summerlin. We are looking for clinicians who want the freedom to build their own practice with strong administrative and referral support behind them.

This is an Independent Contractor position. You will have your own office, control over your schedule, and the ability to shape your caseload while working alongside a collaborative group of independent-minded clinicians.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (children, adolescents, and/or adults).
• Manage your own clinical schedule and caseload within a supportive group practice environment.
• Maintain excellent clinical documentation and ethical standards.

Compensation

Full-time clinicians typically earn between $90,000 – $110,000 per year, with many experienced providers earning $120,000 – $150,000+ annually. Compensation is based on collections, giving you direct control over your income.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Nevada as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (or license-eligible).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
• Self-motivated, professional, and collaborative.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
