About B AND K Health Care PC
B and K Health Care PC is a growing outpatient psychiatric practice in Fullerton, California, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative mental health care for adolescents and adults.
We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed psychotherapist to join our practice as an Independent Contractor (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing psychotherapy while receiving a steady stream of referrals from an established psychiatric practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical and evidence-based standards of care
- Collaborate with the psychiatric provider regarding shared patients when clinically appropriate
- Maintain an active California professional license and malpractice insurance
Qualifications
Required
- Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
- Minimum one year of outpatient psychotherapy experience
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Excellent clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to practice independently
- Korean-English bilingual
Preferred
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, adjustment disorders, and relationship concerns
- CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed, or other evidence-based psychotherapy training
- Telehealth experience
Compensation
- Competitive per-session compensation (based on experience)
