Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with optional in-person client sessions in Warren, Michigan.

You will work within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment that emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based care, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and related modalities. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth, whether working part-time or full-time.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups as needed
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services when appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMSW, LLMSW, LP or LLP license in the State of Michigan
• Experience providing individual and group therapy services
• Strong clinical documentation skills, including familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Experience or interest in trauma-informed care and PTSD treatment preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, empathetic care

Compensation & Work Structure

• Yearly Salary: $60,098.53-$72,376.72
• Schedule: Fully flexible; clinicians set their own availability
