The Position
We are seeking a fully licensed, self-motivated psychotherapist to join our team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about clinical work and want to avoid the “administrative headache” of private practice or for therapists that want to work towards a full-time practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions.
- Attend monthly staff meetings, where you can connect with coworkers and continue to build clinical skills.
- In person and/or virtual work.
Requirements
- License: Active license in Michigan (LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LP).
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience.
