Soul Ambition Counseling is a private group practice with locations across Florida serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We prioritize high-quality, ethical client care while providing a supportive, collaborative environment for licensed psychotherapists practicing in a private practice setting.

Job Overview

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• In person/ telehealth hybrid in our: Davie or Palm Beach Gardens or Boca Raton offices
• Offer AT LEAST 3 evenings a week (3pm-8pm or 4pm-9pm) OR 2 evenings a week and 1 weekend day
• Willing to work with Adults (21yo-64yo) AND Couples
• Also kids and teenagers are needed as well
• Ability to provide a minimum of 15 hours of availability per week

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or couples counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs.
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals and couples
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide couples therapy focusing on relationship dynamics, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments and develop patient safety plans as clinically indicated to support patient safety as needed.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical terminology standards.
• Utilize telehealth experience to expand access to services while maintaining confidentiality and quality of care.

Requirements

• Valid licensure LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• Independent & motivated therapists who want flexibility (must have a personal laptop for Telehealth)
• Committed to quality care with professional documentation skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology essential for maintaining confidentiality and accurate recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity for empathetic listening and culturally sensitive engagement.
• Commitment to ethical standards of confidentiality and patient care excellence.

Earning Potential

• 60%/40% split with top contracted insurance rates
• $65-$70 per hour on average
• Weekly income estimates based on client load:
• 20 clients/week = $1,300
• 25 clients/week = $1,600
• 30 clients/week = $1,920

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
