Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professionals, including Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Addiction Specialists (LCAS), to join our dynamic mental health care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help foster recovery, resilience, and well-being through evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and behavioral therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and crisis management services to de-escalate situations effectively while ensuring client safety.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and medical documentation requirements; ensure accurate record-keeping within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts for clients with complex needs, including those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Engage in ongoing research and data collection to improve clinical practices and support evidence-based treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an LCMHC, LCSW, or LCAS with current state certification or licensing credentials.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings; experience with hospital or clinic environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, social work practices, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and trauma-focused therapies.
• Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
• Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and clinical documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while demonstrating excellent communication skills and cultural competence.
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
