Sacred Self Counseling LLC is a trauma specific counseling agency in Canon City, Colorado. We are looking for a therapist to join our team for 20 hours per week, but can be full time as well. We truly care about making this a great place to work and that every person who works here feels highly valued and respected. We have a positive culture. We specialize in working with clients with trauma, and many of our clients are first responders and come to us for help with anxiety, trauma, and depression. We are growing and need more help!

This is a salaried 1099 position. You make your schedule with your clients. You decide with your clients to work in office or online. Flexible days and hours so you can pick the schedule that works best for you. This is a "fee for service" position.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide intake sessions, treatment planning, and therapy to assigned clients

• Participate in weekly case consultation and biweekly clinical supervision

• Consult with outside professionals and agencies to provide best quality of care

• If you’d like, you can provide oversight and clinical supervision for graduate student interns once insurance credentialing is complete

• If you’d like, you can provide couples, family, and/or group therapy

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)- License required.

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred with trauma specific training and/or first responder training.

• Provide consistently high-quality evidence-based treatment

• Have a focus on customer satisfaction and a genuine passion for helping people to live healthier, happier lives.

• Have integrity, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a likeable personality, and detail-oriented and timely documentation skills

. Willing to obtain your own general liability and malpractice insurance.

Pay: $55,000.00- $70,000 per year
