Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Masters Social Worker

Therapeutic Journeys LLC. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, children, and/or family therapy services
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based interventions appropriate to client needs
• Participate in case consultation and supervision (LLPC/LLMSW)
• Maintain ethical standards in accordance with state licensure laws and ACA Code of Ethics
• Collaborate with referral sources and community partners as needed
• Manage caseload and scheduling efficiently

QualificationsRequired:

• Master’s degree in Counseling/Social Work or related mental health field
• Active LPC/LMSW license in good standing (Michigan)
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, children, adolescents or family systems
• Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Experience with electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of scheduling systems (Calendly, Simple Practice)
