Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Working Toward LCPC 1099 Independent Contractor Position

SLP Counseling is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working toward LCPC licensure to join a growing outpatient private practice for telehealth work.

This is a flexible 1099 contractor position ideal for a clinician seeking supervision hours while building clinical experience in a supportive and professional environment. The practice works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with common presenting concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, stress management, and life transitions.

Position Details:

• Compensation is percentage-based and will be negotiated based on insurance payer and reimbursement rate. Because reimbursement varies among insurance plans, the contractor percentage may vary by payer. Compensation structure and rates will be discussed transparently and agreed upon prior to beginning services.
