Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Supervisory Note Review Specialist

We are seeking a licensed LPC with supervisor credentials to conduct daily administrative note reviews and sign off on clinical progress notes. This role is strictly focused on progress note review and note sign-offs, allowing you to easily fit hours around your existing schedule or private practice without carrying a direct caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans submitted by pre-licensed staff or peer specialists.
• Ensure all documented care meets clinical compliance, state regulations, and organizational quality standards.
• Provide occasional asynchronous feedback to staff regarding documentation accuracy

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in good standing.
• State-approved supervisory credentials/designation.
• Strong familiarity with clinical compliance, EHR documentation standards, and coding accuracy.
• High attention to detail and reliable communication.
