We believe in empowering our clients through innovative treatment approaches and a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will provide high-quality mental health care to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Stay current on best practices, continuing education, and state licensing requirements.
- Assist clients with connecting to community resources and support services.
- Perform other duties as assigned or mutually agreed upon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.
- Current, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Texas.
- Medicare PTAN and Texas Medicaid TPI credentialing preferred (please include ID numbers with your application).
- CANS and ANSA certifications preferred.
- Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Knowledge of TMHP (Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership) processes is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing culturally competent, client-centered care.
- No pending or recent disciplinary actions against your professional license.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Please note there will be a 60- to 90-day onboarding period before employment begins to allow time for insurance credentialing and caseload development.
