Murrell Community Counseling Services (MCCS) is a growing behavioral health practice seeking Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our clinical team.

We are looking for compassionate, ethical, and motivated clinicians who want to build or expand their caseload while having the support and infrastructure of a growing group practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for LPCs who are currently working in private practice, contracting with another organization, or looking for a supportive practice environment where they can focus on clinical care rather than managing every aspect of running a practice.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking Pennsylvania LPCs who:

• Hold an active Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing
• Have outpatient behavioral health experience or are prepared to provide outpatient services
• Are clinically competent, dependable, ethical, and professional
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Are comfortable providing telehealth and/ in-person services
• Are committed to culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Want to build or expand a sustainable caseload
• Value flexibility and professional growth

CBH Experience Is a Plus

Experience with Community Behavioral Health (CBH) and Pennsylvania Medicaid behavioral health services is highly valued.

Currently CBH-credentialed/participating LPCs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Clinicians who are not currently participating with CBH may also be considered for appropriate opportunities and future credentialing.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, caseload, and practice arrangement.

Part-time, Fee for Service and expanded clinical opportunities may be available.
