Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and reflective LPC or LCSW . The ideal candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and receive specialized training and ongoing professional development in evidence-based interventions such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide relationship-based psychotherapy and developmental guidance to infants, young children (ages 0–5), and their caregivers.
- Conduct assessments integrating attachment, trauma, and family system perspectives.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and community partners to support healthy emotional development.
- Participate in reflective supervision and ongoing IECMH training.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Louisiana licensure as LPC, LCSW
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strength-based care.
- Excellent interpersonal and reflective practice skills.
