Peace By Piece Counseling is currently seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to join our growing team! We are excited to welcome both fully licensed therapists and LPC-Associates who are passionate about providing exceptional client care.
Current Opportunities
- Part-Time: Approximately 5–15 clinical hours per week
- Full-Time: Full caseload opportunities available
- Remote (Telehealth), In-Office, or Hybrid scheduling options available
Accepted Credentials
We are currently accepting applications from:
- LPC
- LPC-S
- LPC-Associate
- LMFT
- LMFT-S
- LCSW
- LCSW-S
- PsyD (Licensed Psychologist)
All licenses (or LPC-Associate registrations) will be verified through the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) prior to interview consideration.
In-office clinicians are asked to commit to a minimum of two full in-office days per week, while telehealth clinicians may work remotely anywhere within Texas, provided they maintain an active Texas license (or Associate registration) and meet all applicable practice requirements.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current Texas license or registration as:
- LPC
- LPC-S
- LPC-Associate
- LMFT
- LMFT-S
- LCSW
- LCSW-S
- PsyD
- Passion for providing compassionate, ethical, client-centered care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients across the lifespan.
- Commitment to completing clinical documentation within 24–48 hours of each session.
