About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. This hybrid position provides the opportunity to deliver evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families through both in-office and telehealth appointments. Clinicians are required to provide a minimum of 10 in-office hours per week, with the remainder of their schedule offering the flexibility to work remotely. Primary Responsibilities
============================
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications

*Required*
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Texas.
- Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology used to support hybrid service delivery.
*Preferred*
- One (1) or more years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
- Experience providing telehealth services.
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting.
Work Environment
====================
This is a hybrid position providing services through both in-office and telehealth appointments. Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 10 hours per week of in-office client care, with remaining clinical hours provided in accordance with their agreed-upon schedule and organizational needs.
**Salary**
$37.5 - $48.5 per hour
