Are you a compassionate, skilled LPC ready to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives while working in a supportive, purpose-driven practice? Crystal Clear Therapy PLLC is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors to join our growing team of mental health professionals.
This role requires a commitment to client-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster mental health and well-being. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate therapeutic sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Christian counseling as appropriate.
- Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in clinical research and data collection to contribute to the ongoing improvement of therapeutic practices.
- Stay informed about ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong understanding of crisis management techniques and therapeutic interventions.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data collection processes.
- Proficient knowledge of ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems for mental health documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for helping others achieve their mental health goals through effective counseling practices.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $109,200.00 per year
