Licensed Professional Counselor

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Credentialed LPC License
• Prefer Aetna or Blue Cross- Blue Shield Credentials
• Work Collaborative in a Private Practice environment
• Expected to work in a collaborative team environment, effectively interacting with LPC Interns, Masters level Interns and other LPC professionals.
• Attend some weekly collaborative team meetings
• Maintain varied 10- 20 hour workload per week
• Efficiently work with "Simple Practice" counseling software

• Strong leadership and communication skills, including oral presentations and business writing.
• To act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to prioritize and resolve challenges and problems.
• Willingness to take initiative, originate action and be responsible for consequent decisions
• To work within a team and demonstrate professional leadership
• Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain current client base is a plus
