Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist/LCSW

Responsibilities:

Clinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and collateral counseling services.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for children and adolescents.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as clinically indicated.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Coordinate care with schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists, case managers, and other community providers.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings and supervision

Experience:

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LMFT, or LCSW
• Knowledge of pediatric counseling techniques and strategies such as play therapy. Proficiency in conducting child and family counseling sessions. • Willingness to see a minimum of 25-30 clients per week. Working until 7-8pm at least three evenings per week is essential.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for clients facing mental health challenges. Ability to establish rapport with clients of all ages. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.
