Idaho Counseling & Neurofeedback (ICN) is looking for an exceptional Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing team.

Counseling + Neuroscience

This is not a typical counseling position.

In addition to providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, you will receive extensive training in neurofeedback and learn how we incorporate neuroscience and brain-based approaches into our work.

You do not need previous neurofeedback experience to apply. We provide training.

However, we are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about the brain and excited about learning something new. Neurofeedback training is extensive and ongoing, so passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field
• LPC or LCPC
• At least 6 months Counseling experience
• Experience in mental health or a related medical field is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA and professional confidentiality requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to continued professional development

Compensation & Benefits

$50–$60/hour

Approximately $90,000–$105,000/year
