Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and excited to work in a supportive private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client base

• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Submit billing for sessions in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license to practice in PA preferred but non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well if licensure is expected soon.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

• Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care
