Licensed Professional Counselor- Contract- Part time position

Reflections in Therapy, PLLC is an established private practice in the Spring, Texas area since 2010. We are looking to add to our team and have a part time contract position open for either a fully licensed LPC therapist or Associate level clinician. Being a contract therapist with Reflections in Therapy provides you the opportunity to do what you love, providing therapy to clients in need, without having the worry and stress of the behind the scenes business functions of a private practice. Therapist responsibilities

Our practice serves, youth, adults and couples ages 10 and up. Contract therapists will provide therapy services for any or all of these demographics depending on your expertise and comfort level. Current preference is given to candidates who can/willing to work with couples in addition to youth and adult individual sessions.

Contract therapists will be expected to complete accurate, thorough, and timely documentation using the EHR provided

The perfect candidate will have the willingness and ability to carry a caseload of 10-15 clients per week for part time. (Flexible day scheduling)

Contract therapists will be expected to maintain full, active license in the state of TX, LPC, or LPC-Associate.

Contract therapists will be expected to maintain active individual malpractice insurance

Credentialed with insurances strongly preferred, but not required.

Salary and Schedule

$25- $90 per clinical hour. Varies per client according to insurance rates vs private pay rates and also influenced by license status.

In office availability for Monday through Friday (Saturday availability is a plus), with a few evening appointments (after 5pm) available for clients 1-2 days a week (set schedule can be flexible and is discussed at interview)

Part time status- prefer clinician carry a caseload of 10-15 clients per week.

We also offer a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform for clients who do not wish to be seen in person

Supervision for LPC-Associates can also be provided by practice owner, Lauren Prasse, LPC-S if needed.

We offer use of a fully furnished office for in person sessions, training and use of our EHR system, HIPPA compliant telehealth platform for virtual sessions, marketing, forms, client referrals, appointment reminders for clients, billing and client account keeping, credentialing with insurances, clinical support and more!
