Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within SimplePractice
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice

Qualifications

• Current Idaho licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Passion for helping individuals and families improve their mental health and quality of life
