We have immediate openings for a Licensed Professional Counselor who specialize, or have interest, in geriatric behavioral health.

Part-Time or Full- Time

Locations: We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH

Qualifications of the LPCC

• LPCC; Masters from an accredited University plus 1-2 years' experience.
• Full State license.
• Demonstrated skills in communication with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities include

• Provide direct therapy services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of geriatric patients.
• Includes 1-1 psychological and group therapy.
• See 10 - 15 patients per day.
• Collaboration with multiple disciplines and assure continuity of care.
• Knowledge of Medicare standards and documentation.
• Not a leadership position.

The Following is a Plus:

• 1+ years' experience providing mental health services to the geriatric population, especially in Nursing Homes.
• Experience with Medicare guidelines, standards of care and documentation.
