Role Summary

We are seeking a LPC, LPC-MH, or CSW with strong clinical skill, empathy, and professionalism. This role provides the opportunity to deliver outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, families, and/or couples, depending on your interest and specialties. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, confident in therapeutic decision-making, and committed to ethical, high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide consultation and integrative care.
• Participate in supervision and/or case consultation as required by credentialing and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing clinical learning and professional development.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold all ethical and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Active LPC, LPC-MH, or CSW license in South Dakota.
• Clinical experience in outpatient mental health is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

• Daytime, flexible scheduling
• No evenings required unless preferred

Work Setting

• In-person services at our Rapid City office
