Phoenix Health is a clinician-owned, fully remote therapy practice specializing in maternal and perinatal mental health. Our mission is to provide accessible, compassionate care to women and families navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, pregnancy loss, and grief. We’re passionate about closing the gap in mental health services for the perinatal population, an often underserved community, while creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both our clients and clinicians.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a licensed psychologist, social worker, counselor, or therapist who is passionate about perinatal mental health to provide individual therapy to clients navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and other perinatal concerns.

Role Highlights
- Position: Part-time W-2, with potential to grow
- Compensation: $60–$85 per hour, based on experience and licensure
- Location: 100% remote
- Administrative Support: Phoenix Health handles billing and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on providing excellent clinical care
Qualifications
- Independent mental health license in California (e.g., psychologist, social worker, professional counselor, or other eligible mental health professional)
- Experience with or strong interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- Experience providing telehealth services
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
- PMH-C certification is a plus, and we’re happy to support clinicians interested in pursuing certification
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual therapy to clients with perinatal mental health needs through a secure telehealth platform
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and members of a client’s care team as appropriate
- Participate in consultation and team collaboration
- Provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to women and families during pregnancy and postpartum
