Job Description

New Beginnings Integrated Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed therapist to join our behavioral health team serving the Mahanoy City community. We are looking for an independently licensed clinician who brings strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for improving mental health outcomes for our Patient Population in Mahanoy, PA.

This is a W2 or 1099 role, Full-Time or Part-Time position offering an Onsite or Hybrid work model. This role is highly autonomous and focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment to diverse local populations. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with medical providers and support staff to ensure patient-centered care.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

Deliver psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy to address mood disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring conditions.

Manage an expected minimum caseload per week.

Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, primary care providers, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Execute crisis interventions, safety planning, and appropriate escalations to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system in strict compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.

Required Qualifications \& Skills:

Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license in good standing (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).

Proven experience providing clinical psychotherapy within the scope of your licensure.

Willingness to undergo the credentialing process upon hire.

Comprehensive knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnoses, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.

Proficiency in clinical documentation standards, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and EMR systems.

Ability to travel locally up to 25% as needed for community-based support

Availability to work Onsite or Hybrid.
