Position Overview

Accomplished Hope Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically responsible mental health clinician to join our growing telehealth private practice.

This is a fully remote position serving clients located in Massachusetts. We welcome independently licensed Massachusetts mental health clinicians, including LMFTs, LMHCs, LICSWs, psychologists, and other qualified independently licensed professionals whose credentials and scope of practice meet the needs of the position.

We also welcome eligible post-graduate clinicians pursuing LMFT or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts. At this time, we cannot offer positions to post-graduate clinicians pursuing licensure in social work, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or other mental health disciplines because we cannot provide the profession-specific supervision required for those licensure pathways.

About the Caseload

This position is intended to develop into a consistent, full-time clinical caseload. Because compensation is fee-for-service, the clinician’s schedule and income will increase gradually as new clients are referred and scheduled.

Applicants must be financially and professionally comfortable building a caseload over time. The practice does not guarantee that a full caseload will be immediately available upon hire.

Clinicians with an established caseload may be able to bring clients into the practice when the transition is legally and ethically permissible. Any transition must respect client choice, informed consent, confidentiality, continuity of care, and existing contractual obligations.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold an active, independent Massachusetts mental health license; or
• Be an eligible post-graduate clinician pursuing LMFT or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
• Be legally authorized to provide clinical services in Massachusetts
• Be comfortable providing individual, couples, and family therapy
• Have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families
• Be interested in developing and maintaining a consistent full-time caseload
• Be financially comfortable allowing the caseload to build gradually
• Be able to provide services entirely through telehealth
• Be reliable, organized, responsive, and clinically responsible
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required supervision, consultation, and practice meetings
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
• Practice within all applicable legal, ethical, licensing, and professional requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to applicants who:

• Hold an active Massachusetts LMFT or LMHC license
• Are eligible post-graduate clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMFT or LMHC licensure
• Have experience providing couples and family therapy
• Have experience treating children and adolescents
• Are interested in building a long-term role within the practice
• Are available to maintain a consistent weekly schedule

Health Insurance

Health insurance is not currently offered because we are a small and growing practice. As the team expands and becomes eligible to explore group health-insurance options, we intend to evaluate the possibility of adding this benefit. Future coverage cannot be guaranteed.
