Licensed Mental Health Therapist(LPC, LCSW, LFMT)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique challenges, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Actively engage in ongoing case management, coordinating care with other health professionals and agencies as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and collaborate on multidisciplinary approaches to client care.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the field of mental health, and actively pursue opportunities for professional development.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring client safety and accessing appropriate resources during emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW, LPC license.
• Demonstrated experience in addressing a diverse range of behavioral health issues.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.
