EVERETT CHRISTIAN COUNSELING- NOW HIRING LMSW, LPC, or LMFT for a W-2 position

We are looking to hire at least one clinical therapist (LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our team of Christian faith based professionals at Everett Christian Counseling here in Richland. We are happy to help you build your caseload through referrals and provide you with a flexible schedule & autonomous work environment where you can also feel supported by fellow therapists. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, improve their well-being, and achieve personal growth. This W-2 position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct support, clinical counseling, and innovative therapeutic techniques in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree and an active, unrestricted full license (LMSW, LPC or LMFT) in the State of Michigan
• Practice from a Christian based perspective in therapy and align with Everett Christian Counseling’s mission, vision, and values
• Experience conducting intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for various mental health conditions
• Available to hold at least 23 client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available through referrals and scheduling by clinician and Everett Christian Counseling
• Have strong work ethic & written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills
• Be organized, detail oriented, and motivated in growth as well as be a team player
• Have a least one niche market for counseling services (i.e. trauma, marital, children, teens, grief, anxiety, etc.)

Preferences

• At least 2 yrs of work history with individual, couple’s and family therapy in a private practice setting
• Applicant is paneled with insurance companies
• Ability to work some evenings and/or weekend hours
• Open to working with children and families
• Desired certifications or trainings in Trauma, EMDR, Brain spotting, Somatic, Marriage

In this position, we offer full billing and credentialing services, a generous and fair compensation package, a quiet & beautifully furnished office, use of Therapy Notes EHR system and online portal system, the ability to have a flexible schedule and work a hybrid of both virtual and in office to meet your needs, reminders for your clients of their appointments, and incoming referral base.

Expectations

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; document progress notes and treatment outcomes diligently.
• Manage your own flexible schedule and work toward full-time caseload
• Engagement in company marketing to build caseload and company impact in the community

Work Location: Richland, MI and some hybrid options

Pay: $55-60 per clinical hour, $18 per administrative hour.
