Mosaic-Minded Counseling is expanding and seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote W-2 position serving clients throughout Illinois via telehealth.

Qualifications
Required
- Active Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- Ability to provide telehealth services to clients located in Illinois
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice
