Position Summary

Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW & Master's Degree Holder)

Tinley Park, IL | Hybrid & Remote

(In-Person + Telehealth)

Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our growing, clinician-centered practice. This role offers a consistent 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with a flexible hybrid model, combining in-office sessions at our Tinley Park location with remote telehealth work.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and/or families using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and administrative staff to support continuity of care
• Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Deliver therapy through both in-person sessions and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Maintain consistent client scheduling and actively manage assigned caseloads
• Follow up appropriately with missed, cancelled, and rescheduled appointments to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license or eligible clinical credential, including LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, or other qualifying behavioral health licensure
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; supervised experience considered for newer clinicians
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
• Comfort with EHR systems and virtual session platforms
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth services
• Optional limited evening or additional telehealth hours, if preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
